Your duties include:
- Define repair scope, schedule and costs; negotiate with suppliers and owner/representative of the facilities
- Monitor repair quality through the Work Reports, including occasional store visits
- Order and control delivery of equipment (e.g. sanitary devices, air conditioning, fans)
- Ensure regular technical inspections (fire protection, electrical, HVAC systems) and manage necessary repairs
- Perform accurate and timely administrative tasks related to maintenance
- Support technical investment projects to ensure smooth operations and long-term growth.

Education & Experience
College or University degree
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
Technical knowledge
- Understanding of construction law, electrical and construction industry standards
- Familiarity with technical specifications and inspections
Skills & Competencies
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Confident user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent planning, organizing and analytical abilities
- Valid category B driving licence
