Responsibilities

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and versatile Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team in Székesfehérvár. This is a unique role that combines technical expertise in electronics with operational support, offering a great opportunity for professional growth and skill diversification.
The primary focus of this position will be performing high-quality repairs and maintenance. Additionally, the successful candidate will play a supporting role in warehouse operations, including inventory counting and shipment processing, and will proactively assist colleagues with various tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Primary - Maintenance & Repair:
- Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on electrical components and equipment.
- Conduct soldering and PCB assembly/rework tasks using tools like soldering irons.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
Secondary - Warehouse Support:
- Assist in periodic inventory counting and stock-taking activities.
- Support the logistics team in preparing and shipping orders (full training will be provided).
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
- Willingly provide support on ad-hoc tasks to contribute to overall team efficiency.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

Vocational training or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
1-2 years of practical experience in a repair or technical role.
Solid understanding of electrical principles.
Required: Proven hands-on experience with a soldering iron.
- A strong plus (Preferred): Experience with PCB soldering and rework.
A positive "can-do" attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn new skills.
Ability to adapt to a varied workload and manage different tasks effectively.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Basic level of English communication skills.
