Feladatok

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Mechanical Engineer/Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience hand’s on maintenance activity on mass production machines and technology, ensuring the optimization and reliability of our manufacturing processes. A strong understanding and practical hands on application of using problem solving skill, analitical approach of problem solving (TPM) methods.

Preventive Maintenance: Develop, oversee, and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime of cigarette filter production machinery.
TPM Implementation:Lead and participate in TPM initiatives to enhance machine reliability and productivity. Conduct regular training and workshops for staff on TPM methodologies.
Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs on production machines promptly to ensure they function efficiently. Willing to work with the machine, close monitoring of the machinet o spot/identify weakness /root cause.
Process Optimization: Work closely with the production team to identify and implement improvements in machine efficiency and production processes.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, machine parts inventory, and production machinery performance.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company safety standards and regulations.
Provide technical support and guidance to ensure smooth daily operations.

Elvárások

Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within of area in high speed automatic machines in manufacturing environment.
Proven expertise in operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting automated production machinery.
High level experience effectively assambling/disassambling high level automated machine parts, have the straight forward problem solving thinking and self motivation to realy solve the issue.
Strong understanding and demonstrable application of TPM methods.
Effective analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical staff.
Willingness to adapt to changing production demands and workflows.
Fluent verbal and written skills in English language
