* Prepare the Maintenance Plan for OSR and CORN and Harvesting devices
* Maintain scheduling, organize the work and distribute task
* Maintain the related ISO work instructions and complete the required documents/records
* Support preventive and corrective action planning in a maintenance area (electricity, mechanics)
* Ensure that all operations are conducted in compliance with Bayer FCPA and ESH rules by employees (temporary and permanent) and sub- contractors
* Prioritize maintenance activities as the Site requires - reduce downtime in operations
* Prepare maintenance operations and document for plant, field, machine equipment life-cycles up-to-date
* Control effectiveness and quality of maintenance operation when done and participate in Machinery Safety Pogram as MSR
* Participate and assist Improvement and Capex projects planning and execution on the Site
* Provide support to training plan and coaching sessions for site teams
* Lead and support User Driven Maintenance and Asset Care Best Practices in ONEPSS sue to given KPI's
* Assist the Site during VSM analysis.
