Machining Specialist (m/f/d)

• Collaboration with other Production Engineer, Quality
  Enginner and Production stakeholders
• Development of product fixing concept, definition of
  tool concept
• Identify appropriate equipments (Jig, Stiffeners) and
  machining strategies to manufacture precision
  machined components
• Create and improve CNC program utilizing software
• CNC program optimisation, reduction of machining and
  non productive time
• Create or modify detailed work instruction to support
  the production needs
• Provide shopfloor support if necessary to solve techical
  and manufactouring issues
• Investigate and root couse analisys using QC7 tools and
  ensure implementation of effective counteractions
• Monitoring the whole machining process tool cost,
  machnining time and quality
• Implement continuous improvement activity to achive
  the KPI's , implement Tool cost down activity, Circle
  time reduction activity , Down time reduction activity
• Full responsibility for the implementation of new
  projects (tool configuration selection, taking into
  account the current tool configuration, creation of the
  cnc program, validation of the program and running the
  program).

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

• Higher education Qualification in Mechanical Engineer
  would be an advantage
• Minimum 2 years relevant work experience
• Knowledges in NX Cam programing, Advantage Esprit
  CAD CAM program
• Knowlegdes in G-Code programing
• 5 axis machining centre machine operation and
  programming experience
• Fluent in written and spoken in English
• Punctuality, willingness to learn, initiative and team
  spirit
