Feladatok
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer/Technician/Mechatronical to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in mass production machines and technology, ensuring the optimatization and reliability of our manufacturing processes.
· Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose mechanical problems and promptly perform repairs on production machines to ensure efficient operation.
· Ensure production continuity by operating machines, assisting operators, servicing and monitoring auxiliary peripherals.
· Develop, monitor and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime on production machines.
· Lead and participate in TPM initiatives to increase machine reliability and productivity. Conduct regular training and workshops for staff on TPM methodologies.
· Work closely with the production team to identify and implement improvements to machine efficiency and production processes.
· Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, machine parts inventory and production machine performance.
· Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with company safety standards and regulations.
· Provide technical support and guidance to ensure smooth daily operations.
Elvárások
· At least 4-8 years of experience in mechanical/mechatronic/electronic maintenance of high-speed automated machines in a manufacturing environment.
You can be out of the school, but you have to show realy high hands on willingness and learning skill.
· Ability to work 2 shifts (DE and DU)
· Proven expertise in operating, maintaining and troubleshooting automated manufacturing equipment.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
· Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical personnel.
· Willingness to adapt to changing production needs and workflows.
· English language proficiency.
