Responsibilities

Design and develop the frameworks and guardrails for the ML solutions and products
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform strategy development and ensure competitiveness
Direct the exploration and implementation of new AI technologies and methodologies, including MLOps
Lead the design and development of Betsson’s ML platforms and solutions, addressing both batch and real-time solutions
Provide technical leadership, setting clear deliverables and supporting team to achieve the results
Responsible for review and approval of key technical solutions
Design, develop, deploy and maintain a framework and a platform to leverage and standardize the utilization of machine learning across the company
Oversee the entire machine learning lifecycle, from data collection and pre-processing to model deployment and monitoring
Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate machine learning models into production systems

Requirements

Bachelor’s in computer science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in the ML field
Experience in developing cutting edge platforms using cloud (preferably AWS Sagemaker)
Expertise in managing complex data/AI/ML projects and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in AI technologies, event driven and real time data analytics environments
Development and utilization of machine learning algorithms, MLOps and online feature stores for real time low latency applications
Excellent communication and leadership skills

Nice-to-have

Master’s or Ph.D. in AI
