Responsibilities

Design and development of frameworks and guardrails for ML solutions and products
Staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
Exploration and implementation of new AI technologies and methodologies including MLOps
Design and development of Betsson’s ML platforms and solutions for batch and real-time
Providing technical leadership with clear deliverables and team support
Review and approval of key technical solutions
Design, development, deployment and maintenance of a framework and platform for standardized machine learning utilization
Overseeing the entire machine learning lifecycle from data collection to model deployment and monitoring
Collaboration with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate machine learning models into production systems

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
At least 5 years of experience in the ML field with development of ML solutions and products
Significant experience in developing cutting edge platforms using Cloud (preferably AWS Sagemaker)
Expertise in managing complex Data/AI/ML projects and delivering results in fast-paced environments
Proficiency in AI technologies, event driven and real time data analytics environments
Development and utilization of machine learning algorithms, MLOps and online feature stores for real time low latency applications
Excellent communication and leadership skills

Master’s or Ph.D. in AI
