Responsibilities

Training and fine-tuning models against curated datasets
Running systematic hyperparameter and architecture experiments
Building and maintaining evaluation suites including regression tests for model behavior and benchmark tracking
Analyzing model failures and translating findings into dataset or training improvements
Packaging models with documentation, benchmarks, and reproducible evaluation results for Engine team handoff
Contributing to internal tooling for experiment tracking and model comparison

Requirements

2+ years ML engineering or applied data science experience
Strong Python programming skills
Hands-on experience with modern training and fine-tuning workflows
Experience with structured model evaluation including accuracy, precision/recall tradeoffs, drift, and edge-case analysis
Comfortable working against defined acceptance criteria and production constraints
