Responsibilities

Building and maintaining dataset ingestion, cleaning, and versioning pipelines
Designing and operating labeling workflows including quality control and inter-annotator agreement tracking
Owning dataset testing including coverage analysis, class balance, leakage detection, and dataset documentation
Managing dataset versioning and lineage for model release traceability
Partnering with data science and product engineering teams on data-sharing boundaries and formats

Requirements

Data engineering experience of 3+ years
Strong Python and SQL skills
Experience with data versioning tools such as DVC or LakeFS
Experience with pipeline orchestration tools such as Airflow or Dagster
Understanding of machine learning specific data concerns including train/test leakage, label noise, and distribution shift
Rigor in documentation and reproducibility
