Responsibilities

We are an international manufacturing company specializing in electrical components for elevators. Our products support elevator manufacturers around the world by providing critical electrical systems and components used in elevator assembly.
As our Hungarian operations continue to grow, we are looking for a Logistics Supervisor to help develop, structure, and optimize our warehouse and logistics processes while ensuring smooth collaboration between our Hungarian team and our mother company in China.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building efficient systems, improving operations, and working in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations across three main logistics areas:
- Production supply: managing components and materials required for production and ensuring timely delivery to the manufacturing floor.
- Packaging & shipping: organizing packaging, storage, and outbound shipments of locally produced components to customers.
- Finished goods distribution: managing inventory and shipments of finished products supplied by our mother company.
Establish, improve, and standardize warehouse processes and operational procedures.
Implement and adapt logistics policies and systems from the mother company, ensuring compliance with Hungarian laws and regulations.
Monitor inventory management, stock accuracy, and warehouse organization.
Coordinate closely with production, purchasing, and sales teams to ensure smooth material flow.
Act as a communication bridge between the Hungarian team and the mother company in China, ensuring alignment of processes and expectations.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and optimize logistics performance.
Support the development of a structured, well-organized warehouse environment.

Requirements

At least 5 years’ experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain supervision.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to structure processes and implement operational improvements.
Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken) for international collaboration.
Experience working with ERP systems or warehouse management systems is an advantage.
Knowledge of Hungarian logistics regulations and compliance requirements.
Strong leadership and coordination abilities.
Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment and communicate effectively with international teams.
