Responsibilities

Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with 3PL partners
Manage supplier deliveries, warehouse transfers and intercompany stock movements
Support customs clearance and shipment documentation processes
Monitor warehouse operations including picking, packing and shipping
Proactively resolve delivery issues, delays, damages and discrepancies
Maintain accurate logistics and order-related data across systems
Support stock availability tracking and allocation processes
Collaborate with supply chain, sales and logistics stakeholders across countries
Identify opportunities for workflow improvements and operational efficiency
Support implementation and testing of new logistics tools and processes

Requirements

Have at least 3 years of experience in logistics, customer service, freight forwarding, supply planning or operations
Are comfortable working with ERP systems such as SAP, Navision or similar platforms
Have confident Excel skills
Work in a structured, accurate and detail-oriented way
Take ownership and proactively follow tasks through to completion
Communicate confidently with internal teams and external partners
Enjoy solving operational problems and improving processes
Can manage multiple parallel tasks in a dynamic environment
Are comfortable working in English in an international setting

Nice-to-have

Experience working with 3PL or warehouse partners
Regional or international logistics exposure
Experience in consumer goods, e-commerce or retail environments
Process improvement mindset and systems-oriented thinking
Experience supporting scaling operations or fast-growing businesses
