Responsibilities

Communicate with suppliers from China and other Non-EU countries to check documents for import customs clearance, domestic transportation and special unloading resource preparation;
Work with customs team to clarify the information and documents requirements for customs clearance and domestic transportation;
Work with internal and external customer to design transportation solution and plan deliveries;
Work with international freight forwarders to design transportation solution;
Work with headquarter and insurance company to buy insurance for goods in transportation and outsourced warehouse;
Daily shipments tracking and database maintenance.

Requirements

At least a secondary education in a relevant field;
At least 1 years of experience in logistics field with basic knowledge on trade terms, custom clearance and international transportation;
Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
Reliability, accuracy, and attention to detail;
Flexibility and perseverance;
Proficient communication skills in English.

Nice-to-have

Chinese language skills
