Responsibilities

We are seeking a versatile and results-driven individual to join our team as a Logistics representative. The job is on site at Duna Tower, 1138 Budapest

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Prepare outgoing orders in our warehouse. (Picking, scanning, packaging.)
Receive deliveries, communicate with clients and carriers, track shipments, and manage inventory in the logistics system
Supervise warehouse stock handling
Coordinate the transport and storage of products and materials
Prepare and maintain shipment paperwork, records, and digital databases - ensuring that all documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments is complete and accurate

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Excellent English knowledge in both written and verbal form
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong attention to detail
Openness and Adaptability to Korean Work Culture
Ability to individually prioritise tasks to keep a steady workflow for yourself and others as well

Nice-to-have

Prior experience in Logistics and/or administrative roles.
Flexibility in Work Performance
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Hungarian Drivers’ License
