Responsibilities

About the role

In this role, you’ll coordinate supply chain processes, manage orders and transportation (road transport across Hungary and Europe), optimize shipping procedures, and ensure smooth communication with suppliers, customers, and partners.

Your responsibilities

Daily operations tasks and processes to achieve the effective distribution of goods based on the Import and Export Key Indicators
Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations on daily basis.
Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively between all Parties.
Coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations based on Business requirement
Ensuring premises, assets and communications are used effectively
Utilizing logistics processes to optimize shipping and transport procedures
Supervise orders and arrange transportation of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs
Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.
Preparing statistical reports, ad-hoc reports

Requirements

1 year of experience in logistics, transportation or supply chain
Knowledge of tracking processes is an advantage
Communicative knowledge of English
Good knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, PP);
Client oriented mindset and team player
