Responsibilities

Workforce Management & Supervision:

Supervise field personnel and outsourced staff, including attendance management, shift allocation, and task assignment.
Handle grievances, support problem-solving for workers, and report personnel issues to management.
Conduct regular performance monitoring and provide on-site guidance.

EHS (Safety) & Compliance:

Act as the designated safety supervisor; conduct risk assessments and regular safety inspections.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety, fire prevention, and security regulations.
Conduct mandatory safety training (TBM) and maintain training records.
Monitor the proper use of PPE and adherence to safety guidelines by all workers.

Warehouse Operations & Material Management:

Oversee Inbound processes: Unloading, inspection, and put-away.
Manage Storage conditions: 3R5S, FIFO, humidity/temperature control, and location management.
Coordinate Outbound processes: Kitting, line feeding, and ensuring on-time delivery to production lines.
Manage Finished Goods: Oversee loading, shipping inspections, and stock preservation.

Inventory & System Operation:

Execute inventory control tasks: Cycle counting, monthly physical stocktaking, and investigating discrepancies.
Operate logistics systems (GERP, iWMS, OWM) for master data management and transaction processing.
Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as negative stock, delivery compliance, and inventory accuracy.

Asset & Equipment Management:

Supervise the operation and maintenance of warehouse equipment (Forklifts, Wrapping machines).
Manage IT assets (PDAs, Barcode printers) and consumables/packaging materials.
Lead warehouse improvement activities (Layout optimization, waste reduction).

Requirements

Secondary education (Vocational or High School diploma), preferably in Logistics or Technical field.
1 to 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics environment is preferred, but motivated junior candidates are also welcome.
Practical experience with material handling equipment (Forklift) is required.
Experience in team coordination or shift work is an advantage.
Licenses: Valid Forklift driving license (NKH) is mandatory.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS, ERP) and MS Office (Excel).
Safety Knowledge: Strong understanding of EHS regulations and fire safety protocols.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in shifts.
Language: Native Hungarian; Basic to Intermediate English communication skills (for system usage and reporting).
