Responsibilities
- Increase logistics efficiency and develop infrastructure in line with the company’s strategic objectives
- Prepare, design, and implement new technical, engineering, and process improvement logistics solutions
- Lead or support logistics development projects
- Actively participate in cross-functional collaborations and play an integrative role across departments
- Identify, evaluate, and adapt best practices within the corporate group to local operations
- Develop and implement a logistics development and training strategy
Requirements
- University degree (in logistics or engineering)
- Relevant professional experience in commerce and/or logistics
- Proven experience in project and change management
- Strong systems thinking and problem-solving skills
- Independent, proactive, and development-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Category B driving license
- (Advantage: Experience in rail or river transportation)
