Feladatok

Purpose of the job:
Organizing last mile road freight delivery of LPG products to B2B and B2C customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and logistics efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Registration of customer orders, monitor level of orders in the system and active search for potential orders within the existing customer base.
Plannings shipments based on product availability and customer requests.
Coordinate and schedule shifts for drivers.
Keep close contact with internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth logistics operation. (Warehouse, Back Office, etc)
Trackings orders to ensure timely deliveries.
Monitor and ensure that services are delivered within the agreed SLAs.
Coordinate supply chain procedures to maximize quality of delivery.
Prepare shipping documents like bills of loading, delivery notes, purchase orders.
Overseeing the levels of our warehouse stock to ensure continuous product availability.
Providing information to customers about the status of their orders.
Prepare operational and efficiency reports periodically (weekly, monthly etc)
Optimizing and improving processes by determining best practices and methods to deliver services.
Being a first point of contact for key internal stakeholders (Customer Experience, Drivers etc)

Elvárások

Higher education degree or equivalent knowledge, preferably with a specialization in Logistics or Business Management,
1-2 years of distribution background and experience in distribution planning,
Good organizational and coordination capabilities,
Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities,
Strong problem-solving skill with solution-oriented mindset,
Abilty to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,
Ability to work independently and in team as well, high level of responsibility,
Strong communication skills with customer orientation mindset,
Strong Microsoft Excel skills,
Experience with logistics-related systems (ERP/TMS)
Proficiency in Hungarian, excellent written and spoken English language skills (B2 level or higher) is a must
