Feladatok

Supplier coordination: Maintaining ongoing contact with all suppliers and subcontractors. Lead and oversee the complete material flow on the construction site, from inbound deliveries to final installation handover.
Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organized storage environment in compliance with safety standards.
Scheduling: Preparing and updating weekly delivery plans (what, when, from where to where).
Tracking: Tracking all shipments from departure to arrival, immediate notification of delays and proposing solutions.
Customs and logistics: Overseeing customs clearance, coordinating with the freight forwarder, preparing the necessary documents.
Ensuring visibility of the transport process from the factory gate to unloading at the destination, and providing operational support as neededOrganisation and supervision of on-site acceptance (quantity/quality control, recording of damage). Organisation and provision of the resources necessary for the arrival and unloading of shipments (human resources, machinery).
Two-way communication: Keeping subcontractors informed about expected arrivals, requirements and changes; forwarding supplier feedback to the site.
Complaints: Formulating complaints to suppliers (shortages, damage, delays), gathering evidence, following up until closure.
EPR and GreenTax support: Data reporting and coordination with external service providers for tax returns.
Records: Organised management of delivery and receipt documents; weekly summary of statuses. Warehouse documentation of received materials, both upon receipt and upon issue. Preparation of warehouse reports at regular intervals.

Scope (250 MWp PV park)
Main items: panels, DC/AC cables, inverters, transformers, support structures/trackers, switching and protection devices.

Elvárások

At least a BSC-level degree in engineering is required (a degree in high-voltage electrical engineering or logistics, etc. is an advantage).
At least 5-10 years of experience in material management, inventory processes, and delivery planning.
Experience in EPC, contractor management and coordination of various stakeholders in a joint project, construction logistics
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hungarian and English
Strong leadership skills – confidently takes initiative and leads rather than follows others
Strategic and practical mindset – anticipates problems and solves them independently;
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – able to assert, coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams;
Excellent communication skills with international suppliers and engineering teams.
Fluent Hungarian and English language skills, both written and spoken.
Open-minded
Flexibility in the work hours is required
Highly self-motivated and problem-solving attitude
Ability to handle unexpected situations and resolve them professionally
Sociable and a good team player
Responsible and attentive to detail
Enjoys working in an international, multicultural team
Logistics experience in high-voltage substations and transmission lines, as well as solar power plant construction projects, is an advantage
Knowledge of MS Project is an advantage
Capable of working independently and handling peak workload periods
