Feladatok

Manage documentation; be responsible for collecting, recording, and systematically filing incoming documents to maintain an organized record-keeping system
Distribute of incoming documentation to the appropriate team members in a timely and accurate manner
Oversee the scanning and digital storage of documents to ensure proper archiving and digital processing
Prepare and post outgoing documents while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards

Elvárások

Ongoing studies and active Hungarian student status for at least 6 more months
At least Intermediate English and knowledge both written and verbal
Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented environment
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation
Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
Munkaidő:
Long-term development opportunity
At least 20 working hours per week according to agreed schedule
