Job specification

We are looking to add a Lifestyle Manager/Assistant to join our friendly and professional team. 
Responsibilities include managing day-to-day requests concerning travel, staff recruitment, restaurant reservations, tickets, administration, PA tasks, events and activity recommendations for Members alongside business development to build more company connections when time allows.

Requirements

Requirements:
  • Attention to deal is of upmost importance as well as enjoying solving problems, delivering excellent customer service and building a long-lasting relationship with our Members
  • Business development experience and confidence to call suppliers and develop new contacts, ability to attend high-profile meetings and events with clients and peers to present company services
  • We require a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience working in high-end hospitality/venue, luxury hotel/retail or in a similar role
  • You need to be an outstanding communicator in English both verbal and written
  • Most importantly you must be hard-working and have a 'can do' attitude and willing to learn

What we offer

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time with work from home in Hungary. You would be required to travel to London every 6 months on a business trip for a week
Salary: 750,000 HUF gross per month (depending on experience)
Location: Hungary (work from home)
Working days/hours: 5 days per week on a rota basis that includes 2 x weekends per month
