Responsibilities

Job description:

  • Start: ASAP
  • Duration: 12 months with possible extension
  • Workload: 100%
  • Location: Basel

Requirements:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior Legal leaders, including calendar management, meeting coordination and preparation of agendas and materials
  • Handle correspondence, travel, expenses and document management
  • Support contract and document workflows, coordinate signatures and maintain electronic repositories
  • Assist with engagement, learning and communication activities including trainings, newsletters and internal events
  • Maintain distribution lists, onboarding materials and SharePoint/Teams structures
  • Act as a point of contact for facility and IT requests and manage mail, courier shipments and general admin tasks
  • Contribute to process improvements within Legal Operations

Competences:

  • Administrative experience, ideally in a legal department or law firm
  • Strong communication skills and experience working in multicultural, international teams
  • Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office, Teams, Zoom and SharePoint; tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools
  • Discretion, proactive mindset and a service-oriented approach
  • Fluent in English; good German skills are a plus
