Responsibilities
Job description:
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: 12 months with possible extension
- Workload: 100%
- Location: Basel
Requirements:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior Legal leaders, including calendar management, meeting coordination and preparation of agendas and materials
- Handle correspondence, travel, expenses and document management
- Support contract and document workflows, coordinate signatures and maintain electronic repositories
- Assist with engagement, learning and communication activities including trainings, newsletters and internal events
- Maintain distribution lists, onboarding materials and SharePoint/Teams structures
- Act as a point of contact for facility and IT requests and manage mail, courier shipments and general admin tasks
- Contribute to process improvements within Legal Operations
Competences:
- Administrative experience, ideally in a legal department or law firm
- Strong communication skills and experience working in multicultural, international teams
- Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office, Teams, Zoom and SharePoint; tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools
- Discretion, proactive mindset and a service-oriented approach
- Fluent in English; good German skills are a plus
