Állás leírása
Responsibilities
Drive the design, implementation, and ongoing improvement of company’s legal and regulatory structure.
Support daily legal, regulatory, and documentation matters across multiple jurisdictions.
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, platform documentation, intragroup agreements, and client-facing terms.
Maintain and update policies, including platform T&Cs, privacy notices, data protection documentation, and compliance frameworks.
Assess regulatory classifications (MiCA, MiFID) and licensing implications for fintech/VASP/CASP business models.
Translate regulatory obligations into clear internal requirements, documentation, workflows, and practical guidance for product, operations, engineering, and commercial teams.
Lead or support implementation of regulatory, product, and operational changes.
Participate in commercial negotiations and support risk assessments related to new products, features, and partnerships.

Requirements
Experience from one or more of the following environments: top-tier or boutique law firm with a focus on fintech, crypto, commercial contracting, or financial regulation; legal or compliance teams within SaaS companies serving financial institutions; fintech companies including payments providers, trading infrastructure firms, liquidity providers, or crypto platforms; VASP/CASP service providers or firms offering digital asset trading solutions; regulated brokers, EMIs/PSPs, or electronic trading platforms with cross-border operations.
Role level: Mid-level Paralegal / Legal Operations Specialist / Legal Officer with a fintech focus.
3-7+ years in legal, regulatory, or compliance roles in fintech, trading, SaaS for financial institutions, or broader financial services.
Strong knowledge of the EU regulatory landscape (MiCA, MiFID II, AMLD, DORA) and familiarity with US digital asset and trading regulations.
Proven ability to interpret and summarize complex regulatory frameworks into actionable steps for internal teams.
Solid contract drafting skills and experience managing an ecosystem of agreements, policies, and templates.
Comfortable working at the intersection of technology, product development, financial regulation, and commercial negotiations.
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple workstreams autonomously.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to operate under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and confidence collaborating with product, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.
