Feladatok
- Assisting with corporate changes (restructuring, board changes, etc.)
- Updating the company’s corporate database
- Completing Know Your Client (KYC) forms and Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) forms
- Updating Powers of Attorneys (POAs)
- Reviewing corporate documents
- Creating and updating ownership charts
- Legal research
- Drafting memos
- Collecting signatures
- Administrative tasks
Elvárások
- Fluent English (C1 level) knowledge
- Ongoing studies in the field of law
- Intermediate MS Office knowledge
- Munkaidő:
- Availability to work at least 15-20 hours per week
- Minimum two full days per week
- Long development opportunity

As a student assistant with Grundfos you will have every chance to use and develop your legal skills in various areas of the law.
