Responsibilities
Nanushka is looking for a Corporate/Commercial Legal Counsel to join our team in Budapest. This is an exciting opportunity to experience and contribute to the growth and success of our company.
- Providing expert and strategic legal advice to management
- Providing general corporate law advice and corporate housekeeping regarding all our business fields
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts, legal briefs and documents
- Interacting and working with the company's departments on diverse legal issues
- Handling ongoing legal matters
Requirements
Essential skills & requirements:
- 1-2 years post-bar exam experience as a corporate/commercial lawyer/legal counsel in a law firm or as an in-house lawyer/legal counsel
- Team player, hard worker, dynamic personality
- Fluent English is essential for the ability to review and draft English language contracts and communicate with management
- Precision in legal drafting and business communication
- Knowledge of contract law and practice from a civil law perspective
- Ability to assess legal risks in the context of the deal and the wider business, and balance these with commercial needs
- Comfortable operating within an international environment with a diversity of cultures
Nice-to-have
- Experience in IP law is an advantage
