Leasing manager

Task:
- Finding new lease opportunities according to company standards.
- Maintaining and building relationships with landlords, construction companies, agencies.
- Market & location analysis, competition analysis.
- Management of the entire negotiation process – commercial conditions, technical specifications, lease contracts.
- Elaboration of strategy and projects presentations.
- Preparation of the business plans in terms of market, location requirements, space configuration, financial and legal terms.
- Managing expansion plans in coordination with the Regional Director of Leasing and Expansion;
- Portfolio management of existing stores – monitoring performance, handling lease term prolongations or terminations.
- Managing internal documentation related to leasing projects.
- Cooperation with Technical Department and Legal Department of the company.
- Cooperation and communication with the corresponding department at the company headquarters in Poland.
Expectation:
- Previous experience of 3+ years, in a similar position (retail network expansion or commercial real estate leasing).
- Good knowledge of the commercial real estate market.
- Excellent knowledge of English language.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Very good organizational and communication skills.
- Very good time management and adherence to schedules and deadlines.
- High performance and results orientation.
- Flexibility, Adaptability & Team Spirit.
- Valid driver’s license and availability for business travel as needed;
