Lease Specialist
Place of work: Budapest

Your duties include:
- Coordinating the preparation of lease agreement and verifying their completeness for the purpose of signing the contract
- Ensuring the implementation of provisions according to the lease agreement in order to properly maintain the continuity of its duration
- Preparation, supervision and management of documents related to the lease in order to ensure the continuity of the contract
- Monitoring of costs associated with lease agreements
- Preparing analysis and reports in order to provide data necessary to control and improve the implementation of the expansion process
- Providing support and reporting to the Expansion manager and Finance manager
- Checking costs for stores and approving the invoices for fees arising from the lease agreement

- Have a college degree
- Have basic IT software (Word, Excel, Power Point) knowledge
- Have excellent command of English, both written and verbal
- Have knowledge of legal regulations (lease contracts)
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have good skills of planning and organizing
- Have minimum 1-3 years of experience
