Responsibilities
- Receive draft slide decks from external training vendors and enhance them with our company branding and visual identity.
- Responsible for the organization’s document management: standardiation, structure.
- Apply design principles to create visually engaging presentations, diagrams, and supporting visuals.
- Format and standardize training documents and templates across multiple projects.
- Collaborate with trainers, instructional designers, and project managers to ensure materials are clear, consistent, and learner-friendly.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our learning content library and documentation standards.
Requirements
- Background or relevant experience in UX/UI design, visual communication, or digital content design.
- Skilled in PowerPoint and basic graphic tools (e.g., Figma, Canva, Adobe tools).
- Strong sense of visual aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.

- Interest or experience in AI, data, cloud technologies, or low-code/no-code tools
