Qualifications and Requirements
- Have an university degree, engineering degree is an advantage
- At least 5 years experience in Lean improvment projects in a manufacturing set up
- Have a high level of proficiency in Lean devices (5S, SW, VSM, Go Sees)
- Have knowledge and use of structured problem-solving
- Essential project management skills
- Have excellent communication facility
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Intermediate English knowledge, both orally and in writing
- Working proficiency in computer programs necessary to support data mining, trending, statistical analysis, and graphical reporting
- High level of motivation in both in work and in terms of further learning and development
- Assertive communication
- Ability to work, both independently and in mixed groups
- Ability to support all shifts and departments on Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Intrinsically motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to deliver improvements and achieve goals

Summary of Position
Ceva Phylaxia is seeking a hands-on Continuous Improvement Specialist with a proven track record of delivering quick incremental improvements in collaboration with the shopfloor team. The goal of this role is to drive simplification and continuous improvement initiatives across functions, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role will support the organization's business transformation efforts by bringing speed and simplicity to our business processes and better ways of working.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the change management and drive adoption of new processes and ways of working
- Coordinate and hands-on support the Lean development projects (5S, Kaizen)
- Improve and lead Lean trainings
- Conduct structured problem-solving exercises
- Support for communication related to the Operational Excellence Program
- Identifying cost savings opportunities and leading related projects
- Essential statements preparation
- Elaborate and implementate process development suggestions
- Self-starter and motivated by challenge; promote and drive change
- Strong sense of teamwork with high level of individual contribution with exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
