Responsibilities

Processing vendor master data requests in a timely and accurate manner
Following up on outstanding actions to ensure requests completion on time
Mentoring and training new team members
Performing reporting activities for the Team Leader
Leading process improvement initiatives
Leading projects such as standardization and automation
Acting as backup to the Team Leader, Accounts Payable VMD, in operational responsibilities
Assisting in the development of forms, procedures, and work instructions
Identifying data quality and process improvement opportunities
Maintaining relationships with internal business partners to ensure data requests completeness and standards
Ensuring high-quality customer service levels internally and externally
Conducting phone calls to suppliers
Performing other assigned duties

Requirements

Several years of working experience in multinational environment
Expertise in the field of Accounts Payable
Confident knowledge of MS tools including Outlook and Excel
Ability to handle large volumes of requests within agreed SLA using several ERPs and workflows
Ability to multitask and follow frequently changing priorities
Ability to perform reporting tasks assigned by the AP Team Lead
Experience in process improvement, process standardization, and process automation
Ability to work under pressure
Team person attitude
Quick learning ability
Flexibility and high adaptability to change
Positive mindset and can-do attitude
