Responsibilities

Leading a team of software engineers to ensure the successful execution of embedded software projects
Conducting code reviews ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices
Collaborating with stakeholders and engineering teams to plan and execute software projects according to standards such as ASPICE and ISO
Supporting development, maintenance, and adjustment of global software architecture, standards, and standard requirements library
Executing software part of application projects and delivering validated software on specific hardware in architecture and design

Requirements

Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or Software
5+ years experience with automotive electronics software and systems requirements
3+ years of experience in embedded C software development
3+ years in leading interdisciplinary engineering teams in electronics and/or systems engineering
Excellent technical project management skills including planning, organization, decision-making, problem-solving, and project management
Deep understanding of future trends in connected vehicle architecture
High level of English language skills
