Responsibilities

Planning and leading the technical implementation of ServiceNow solutions
System configuration and development of custom features
Architecting and designing scalable and robust ServiceNow solutions
Providing advanced technical consulting and support quality assurance activities
Ensuring adherence to implementation standards and technical best practices
Understanding complex business needs and helping standardize processes in design and deliverables
Mentoring and guiding junior developers and team members

Requirements

Minimum of five years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture
Deep expertise of at least one ServiceNow module
Multiple ServiceNow certifications
Excellent command of English
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
Leadership and mentoring skills

Nice-to-have

Experience with several ServiceNow modules, Knowledge of German
