Responsibilities

Provide direct line management, coaching, and career development for a team of Product Owners and Product Designers
Serve as the dedicated, hands-on Product Owner on strategic and complex AWS cloud-native application development projects
Own the product vision and strategic roadmap for assigned projects
Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features to maximize client value
Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders
Collaborate with sales and solution architecture teams by leading client discovery workshops and defining project scope
Develop and document core methodologies, tools, and best practices for the Product Ownership team
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure product decisions align with AWS Well-Architected Framework principles

Requirements

Minimum of 5+ years experience in a Product Owner or Product Manager role with a proven track record of shipping successful software products
At least 2+ years in a formal leadership capacity with ability to lead, mentor, and develop product professionals
Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, managing product backlogs, writing user stories, and leading Scrum events
Exceptional ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders in consulting or professional services context
Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts; direct experience with AWS services and cloud-native applications is a significant advantage
Comfort dealing with ambiguity and breaking down complex client problems into manageable, prioritized backlogs

Nice-to-have

Experience working within a fast-paced, scale-up technology consulting firm, Background as a Business Analyst or Software Engineer in a technical domain, Relevant professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or senior-level Agile certification (e.g., CSP-PO)
