Responsibilities
Lead and scale the Product Practice by providing direct line management, coaching, and career development for a team of Product Owners and Product Designers.
Serve as the dedicated, hands-on Product Owner on strategic and complex AWS cloud-native application development projects, taking direct ownership of their success.
Own and drive product vision and strategic roadmap for assigned projects.
Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features to maximize value delivered to clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, building trust and managing expectations.
Collaborate with sales and solution architecture teams by leading client discovery workshops, defining project scope, and contributing product-centric content to proposals.
Establish and lead a Product Ownership community of practice, developing and documenting core methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure product decisions align with AWS Well-Architected Framework principles.

Requirements
Minimum 5+ years experience in Product Owner or Product Manager role with a proven track record of shipping successful software products in a client-facing environment.
At least 2+ years experience in a formal leadership capacity with demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop other product professionals.
Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, managing product backlogs, writing effective user stories, and leading Scrum events.
Exceptional ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders, especially in consulting or professional services contexts.
Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts; direct experience with AWS services and building cloud-native applications is a significant advantage.
Comfort dealing with ambiguity and uncertainty, breaking down complex client problems into manageable, prioritized backlogs.
