We are on the lookout for an experienced professional to take on the role of the Lead Order Fulfillment Specialist.
Your focus will be:
- Understanding and planning supply dynamics to achieve a balance between material supply, capacity, and demand.
- Participate in the design and enhancement of project supply solutions, providing responses to customer requirements
- Lead the coordination of the entire order fulfillment process, ensuring precision from PO signing to customer delivery
- Apply advanced forecasting practices, guide the demand team, and effectively manage project risks, particularly during peak seasons
- Provide expertise in order management analysis and modeling to optimize order fulfillment efficiency
- Take ownership of supply cost reduction initiatives and contribute to improvements in customer satisfaction

Elvárások:
What you bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in Management, Economy, or Logistics/Supply Chain.
- 6 years or more of work experience in the relevant field; deep knowledge of supply chain management
- Working experience in information and communication technology industry
- Fluent verbal/written English.
- Able to work from the office 5 days/week
