About this role
We are seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer to guide and contribute to the delivery of high-quality digital solutions supporting German Partner Markets within Customer Value Management and Marketing. This role combines hands-on development with leadership responsibility, enabling the individual to shape technical direction while supporting a team of developers to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-performing applications.
What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of full stack developers, building a collaborative and inclusive team environment
- Provide technical direction, guidance, and best practice standards across development, design, and user experience
- Design, develop, maintain, and enhance full stack applications based on business and partner requirements
- Act as a key escalation point and build strong relationships with stakeholders across markets and functions
- Coordinate and deliver development projects with a focus on quality, timeliness, and business value
- Contribute to technical roadmaps, architecture decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support production systems, diagnose issues, and ensure service continuity with minimal customer impact
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, QA, and Operations
Who you are
- Proven experience in full stack development with a strong track record of delivering high-value digital solutions
- Demonstrated ability to guide, coach, and collaborate within technical teams
- Strong knowledge of modern web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React
- Experience with TypeScript, Node.js, APIs, and both SQL and NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and testing practices including unit, UI, and end-to-end testing
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines
- Analytical and solution-oriented approach to complex technical challenges
- Degree-level education or equivalent practical experience
