Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Structure and formalize business requirements
Decompose platform architecture into modules (MVP → scalable product)
Develop functional and non-functional requirements
Design business logic for:
- Multimodal logistics chains
- Container, railcar, and truck booking
- Partial load / shared freight matching
- Marketplace interactions between service providers
Create process models (BPMN, UML, Use Cases, CJM)
Prepare detailed technical documentation (BRD, SRS, specifications)
Prioritize product backlog with the Founder
Support technology decision-making
Align business model, financial logic, and platform architecture

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience as Business Analyst / System Analyst
Experience with digital platforms or B2B marketplaces
Strong understanding of B2B business models
Proven experience writing structured technical documentation
Process modeling skills (BPMN, UML, flow diagrams)
Experience working with API integrations
Understanding of logistics / supply chain (strong advantage)
Professional working proficiency in English
