Today our community of around 1900 IT professionals and engineers believes – along with me – that evosoft is the place for us. Our colleagues in Budapest, Miskolc and Szeged are busy writing software which, although invisible to the naked eye, can fundamentally influence our everyday lives.
You will come across our software in the largest medical equipment, not to mention that the automation systems of the greatest car manufacturers are driven by our code and you can even find us in electric cars. There are hardly any areas of industry where the programs tested or developed by me or my colleagues are not present. evosoft, in its full name evosoft Hungary Kft. started off with 3 members more than 25 years ago. As of today our headcount has reached the 1900 employee level, and it is increasing – be part of our team!
We are looking for a new colleague who will join our office in Miskolc and enthusiastically drive the technology transformation of our Medical Device Infrastructure & Serviceability solutions:
Lead Architect - Medical Domain
Responsibilities:
- Drive Software Architecture and Design related to Siemens Healthineers platform (syngo) in the area of Medical Device Infrastructure & Serviceability
- Deriving architecturally significant software requirements for overall system/platform, minding also non-functional requirements
- Design of software architecture in accordance with system/platform level requirements
- Creation and driving software strategy roadmap for development teams
- Close collaboration with Lead Architects, Product Managers, POs, SMs and the end-customer (co-creation)
- Identifying/supporting general architecture quality issues for system/platform
- Keeping an eye on technology innovation and relevant technologies. Support identification of patents.
- Mentoring/Coaching/Leading Technical Leads/Team Architects
Requirements:
- Motivation to work in a highly complex international environment
- Capability to understand and translate the business needs and turn them into maintainable software design
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hungarian language (written & spoken)
- Advocacy skills
- Experience as a Software Architect
- Strong value focus. Agile Leadership attitude
- Proactivity
- A high-level understanding of .NET and C# with the motivation to learn the technology more in depth
- Flexibility in technology
- Experience with design patterns
Advantages
- Experience in Microservice architectures, Kubernetes/Azure AKS competence
- Experience in Analyzability, Serviceability and Infrastructural standards such as OpenTelemetry or OPC-UA
- Experience in Healthcare Domain , Medical Device Development
- Deep understanding of .NET and C#
- Basic understanding of Go
- Experience in technical leadership of multiple development teams
- Experience in agile development, Scrum, Lean
