Állás leírása
Responsibilities
Close collaboration with animators and artists to create character and item movements, gestures and expressions
Guidance, supervision and review of other animators' work
Ensuring animations respect project style and quality standards with necessary adjustments
Oversight of entire animation production including team productivity, style, quality, consistency and technical limitations
Sharing expertise, knowledge and vision with animators and ongoing projects
Resolution of creative and technical issues
Coaching less-experienced animators and artists with advice, support and instructions
Attendance at team and department meetings
Any other related tasks as needed

Requirements
Minimum eight years of professional experience in 3D animation
Training in animation, visual arts, multimedia or relevant field
Portfolio and/or demo showcasing diversity of style
Advanced knowledge of all aspects of 3D animation including modeling, rigging, lighting, shadows, texturing, weighting and animation
Talented animator with strong sense of weight and timing
Initiative, resourcefulness and ability to see projects through while supervising a team
Leadership and ability to motivate and supervise a team
Training in animation, visual arts, multimedia or relevant field
Portfolio and/or demo showcasing diversity of style
Advanced knowledge of all aspects of 3D animation including modeling, rigging, lighting, shadows, texturing, weighting and animation
