Responsibilities

Contractual securing of transmission corridors in grid expansion projects
Support all communication with landowners and authorities
Handle negotiations
Ensure the legal framework for successful implementation is in place
Contribute understanding of contracts, land matters, and negotiations
Support team in securing route rights through direct contact with property owners and public authorities

Requirements

Degree in law, real estate management, public administration or a similar field
Hands-on experience with landowners, authorities or securing usage rights – ideally in infrastructure settings
Strong expertise in land management and work with cadastral and land registry data
Legal understanding
Methodical work approach
Confident management of sensitive communication processes
Proficient in MS Office; experience with documentation systems or real estate software is a plus
Fluent communication in German and English
Willingness to travel occasionally, depending on project requirements
