Laboratory Technician Paints & CoatingsJob main responsibilities:Process prototype powder formulations using powder processing equipmentApply powder coating formulations to test substratesConduct testing and summarize experimental resultsComplete projects within defined scope and timelinesCollaborate with colleagues across the other laboratoriesDevelop and maintain knowledge of formulation, application processes, and sample evaluation methodsFollow all lab safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environmentMaintain a clean and organized workspace, including routine lab upkeepsupport in Paint and Coatings laboratoryCandidate profile requirementsHigh school graduate or Post-high school education (college or technical school or vocational training).Previous experience in powder Coatings laboratory setting is preferred.Must have a strong work ethic, be self-motivated and able to operate with minimum supervision.Must be able to work comfortably in a team environment and effectively on individual efforts.Must have basic computer skills and be comfortable with email, MS Word and MS Excel.Must have the highest standards of integrity, accuracy and attention to detail.Must possess good oral and written communication skills.Must be able to perform hands-on laboratory work.Fluent in German and good command of spoken and written English. jid606914dpn jit0207pn jiy26pn
