Responsibilities

Assist in the daily management of all elements (personnel, machines, materials, methods, environment, measurement) in the testing laboratory to ensure standardized and orderly testing processes;
Lead the optimization and upgrading of testing methods and technologies to improve testing efficiency and data accuracy; promote testing automation to reduce EHS risks;
Coordinate the full-life-cycle management of testing instruments and equipment, including selection, procurement, installation & commissioning, acceptance, file establishment, metrological verification, maintenance, and troubleshooting;
Be responsible for the procurement of electrochemical testing materials, preparation and calibration of standard solutions, as well as intermediate checks and management of related materials;
Develop testing methods for new projects/products and optimize existing methods; revise SOP and instrument operating rules;
Take full responsibility for laboratory EHS management, including hazardous chemical control, EHS facility maintenance, and regional environmental monitoring to ensure compliance with regulations such as SEVESO, and assist in handling safety accidents;
Lead the establishment, operation and maintenance of the ISO 17025 system; assist in internal and external audits and other verification work;
Be responsible for professional training, assessment and operation supervision of laboratory analysts to promote skill improvement and standardized operations;
Be able to actively respond to customer testing needs and participate in the formulation or verification of national/industry standards.

Requirements

Relevant university degree;
English language knowledge;
Familiar with the development and optimization process of testing methods;
In-depth understanding of ISO 17025 system standards;
Knowledge of SEVESO regulations and relevant EHS standards for laboratories;
Good team management, training and data analysis skills.
