Responsibilities

Performing wet-chemical, instrumental, or bioanalytical methods for in-process controls, release and stability testing of raw materials, starting materials, intermediates, consumables, and packaging materials in accordance with test instructions/protocols
Performing incoming goods inspections of raw materials, starting materials, and consumables in accordance with test instructions/protocols
Documenting work steps, results, etc. in accordance with test instructions/protocols and other general GMP requirements
Evaluating results in accordance with specifications or other instructions
Managing reference samples, retention samples, as well as storage and retrieval of stability samples
Preparing sample shipments and external testing at contract laboratories
Creating and maintaining GMP-compliant QC documentation
Supporting the development and qualification of analytical methods and contributing to related reports
Ensuring the functionality of equipment, including maintenance, qualification, and repairs
Supporting investigations of compliance activities and change control procedures
Supporting QC management in ensuring an effective, safe, and GMP-compliant laboratory operation

Requirements

Training as a Technical Assistant (Pharmaceutical Technical Assistant, Biological Technical Assistant, Chemical Technical Assistant, Medical Technical Laboratory Assistant) or with comparable qualifications, e.g., through semesters in a scientific degree program.
Experience in a GMP laboratory environment or another highly regulated laboratory environment.
Proficient use of MS Office and other systems for communication/documentation.
Appropriate sense of responsibility.
Fluent German language skills, sufficient English skills to understand work instructions and test specifications.
Social competence and organizational talent.
Ability to learn and communicate effectively.
