Responsibilities

You will support, coordinate, and/or manage

Handle general administrative and organizational tasks
Coordinate departmental activities and workflows
Lead recruitment efforts and onboarding of new students
Organize workshops, seminars, and other events
Monitor deadlines and ensure smooth project progress
Maintain and update department website, wiki, and social media

Requirements

Bachelor's degree completed or comparable experience (scientific background is a plus)
Experience in lab management or departmental assistance is highly valued
Excellent command of English and German (minimum C1)
Independent, flexible, and highly organized
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a team player
Enthusiastic about contributing to a collaborative, innovative research environment
