• Deliver luxury level facial and body treatments and professional skincare services to our guests
• Provide personalized skincare consultations and recommend tailored home‑care routines
• Build strong, long-term guest relationships and ensure exceptional customer experience
• Manage appointment bookings and conduct posttreatment follow-up communication
• Achieve sales targets and actively participate in shopfloor activities
• Take part in professional trainings and brand education programs
• Maintain the Beauty treatment cabin to the highest hygiene and aesthetic standards
• Support product launches, promotions, and brand events
• Use and maintain the client database, ensuring guest information is always up to date

• Have a recognized esthetician qualification
• Have at least 3 years of professional experience
• Possess excellent customer service and communication skills
• Enjoy working in a luxury or premium environment
• Have business level English proficiency and can confidently communicate with international guests to deliver a high-end service experience

• Experience in retail, spa, or hospitality environments
• Previous experience working with a luxury skincare or cosmetics brand
