About us
L2 Operational Support in German
Location: Budapest, Hungary
Job Type: Full Time
Working model: Hybrid (2 days in the office)
Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced troubleshooting for complex mobility incidents escalated from L1 support
- Diagnose and resolve device enrollment, configuration, compliance and application deployment issues
- Support mobile OS upgrades, patching strategies and device lifecycle events
- Ensure minimal disruption to business users through rapid root cause identification
Strategic Mobility Platform Management
- Own the technical roadmap for all MDM platforms including JAMF Pro, IBM MaaS360 and Ivanti
- Evaluate OS changes from Apple and Android and assess enterprise impact
- Proactively recommend enhancements, automation opportunities and platform optimizations
- Lead platform upgrades and mobility transformation initiatives
Governance & Compliance
- Enforce security policies across managed mobile devices
- Monitor encryption, certificate management and conditional access controls
- Generate compliance dashboards and executive reporting
- Ensure adherence to corporate security policies and regulatory requirements
Problem Management
- Conduct structured deep-dive analysis of recurring Business mobility issues
- Perform root cause analysis and deliver formal documentation with long-term remediation plans
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure and regional IT teams to drive permanent fixes
Knowledge Management
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
- Develop knowledge articles, user guides and mobility FAQs
- Maintain a structured and searchable knowledge repository for global IT teams
Training & Enablement
- Design and deliver periodic training sessions for regional IT teams
- Enable local support teams with platform updates, OS changes and best practices
- Provide advisory support for mobility-related initiatives across business units
Your profile:
Required Skills & Experience:
- experience in Enterprise Mobility Management
- Strong hands-on expertise in JAMF Pro for iOS and iPadOS
- Experience managing IBM MaaS360 for Android and corporate mobility
- Working knowledge of Ivanti mobility capabilities
- Experience with Apple Business Manager, Automated Device Enrollment and Android Enterprise
- Deep understanding of mobile OS security controls and compliance frameworks
- Experience handling escalated L2 incidents in global environments
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
An advantage if you have experience in:
- JAMF 200 or 300 certification
- ITIL certification
- Experience supporting Business or geographically distributed workforce
- Exposure to regulated industries such as pharma or healthcare
