Responsibilities
Position
- Type : Full-time job (40 hours/week)
- Contract : Fixed-term (1 year), with potential for extension or transition to permanent contract based on performance.
- Working schedule will be up to flight operation day
Responsibilities
- Flight operations and working with passenger service systems such as Reservations, Check-in, Ticketing, Departure Control etc.
- Act as a bridge between partners and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Serve as a point of contact for both internal teams and external entities, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure smooth passenger flow by providing exceptional customer service and support across all customer touchpoints.
- Responsibilities may include various and ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Language Proficiency: Native Hungarian and Advanced English
- Experience in passenger traffic and airline business is preferred.
- Willingness to provide perfect customer service
- Possess proficient PC skills and effective communication abilities
- Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, reliability, and a sense of responsibility
- Willingness to work during weekends and holidays
Nice-to-have
- Korean proficiency (Native or Advanced) is advantageous but not required
- Familiarity with Korean business culture is a plus
