Responsibilities

Create and continuously enhance the Sales and Production Controlling for the Budapest site in close cooperation with Group Controlling, supporting our digitalization efforts.
Contact person for the ipox management team regarding all business management issues as well as for all financial matters of the Business Unit “Speciality Products”.
Contribution to local and group-wide projects in the field of digital transformation and AI.
Integration of the group-wide Gross Profit calculation in the ERP system.
Budget, forecast and report compilation, ensuring transparency, accuracy and compliance.
Responsible for all internal closing processes as well as the timely data deliveries to the Bruno Bock Holding.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Controlling, or Business Administration.
More than 5 years of experience as Finance Manager, Controller, or Financial Analyst.
Experience in usage or implementation of a data warehouse.
Strong understanding of financial reporting, controlling, and accounting principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel.
Fluent in English and Hungarian (written and spoken).
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
Proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to multitask effectively.

Nice-to-have

Knowledge of German language.
