Responsibilities

Monitor, analyze, and report manufacturing costs, variances, efficiency, and productivity
Prepare regular financial reports, forecasts, and management summaries
Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including bottom‑up planning (sales, margins, volumes)
Maintain accurate master data and ensure compliance with corporate finance policies
Perform contribution margin analysis and item‑level profitability reporting
Conduct CAPEX controlling and variance tracking
Standard cost updates
Price calculation
Support inventory accuracy, participate in cycle count processes
Collaborate closely with Production, Supply Chain, and other departments
EU taxonomy reports
SAP key user

Requirements

University degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant controlling experience, preferably in manufacturing
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Confident command of English (written and spoken)
Advanced Excel skills; SAP knowledge required
Ability to present financial insights to non‑financial stakeholders clearly and effectively
