  • Conduct sales and application training for medical devices;
  • Identify key decision makers, influencers, and gatekeepers in assigned accounts and develop an effective network;
  • Anticipate future customer needs and deliver solutions by mobilizing the right internal resources and stakeholders;
  • Establish and build long-term trustful relationships with customers;
  • Develop, implement, monitor, and follow-up on account plans in close cooperation with relevant internal stakeholders;
  • Act as a key interface between customers, leveraging all relevant communication channels and internal stakeholders;
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure fulfillment of account needs, leading cross-functional teams without authority;
  • Contribute to the integration of country feedback into cluster brand marketing, including budgeting and forecasting for revenue and production;
  • Monitor competitive activity in each account and formulate appropriate response strategies with relevant internal stakeholders;
  • Develop marketing measures and argumentation aids for relevant target groups;
  • Support KOLs and customers at national and international symposia and congresses.
  • Minimum two years of successful track record in sales;
  • Experience in medical devices or software sales is an advantage;
  • Experience in managing project activities;
  • Innovative and strategic thinking;
  • Ability to balance strong customer orientation with business objectives;
  • Proficiency in English.
