Tasks
- Conduct sales and application training for medical devices;
- Identify key decision makers, influencers, and gatekeepers in assigned accounts and develop an effective network;
- Anticipate future customer needs and deliver solutions by mobilizing the right internal resources and stakeholders;
- Establish and build long-term trustful relationships with customers;
- Develop, implement, monitor, and follow-up on account plans in close cooperation with relevant internal stakeholders;
- Act as a key interface between customers, leveraging all relevant communication channels and internal stakeholders;
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure fulfillment of account needs, leading cross-functional teams without authority;
- Contribute to the integration of country feedback into cluster brand marketing, including budgeting and forecasting for revenue and production;
- Monitor competitive activity in each account and formulate appropriate response strategies with relevant internal stakeholders;
- Develop marketing measures and argumentation aids for relevant target groups;
- Support KOLs and customers at national and international symposia and congresses.
Who you are
- Minimum two years of successful track record in sales;
- Experience in medical devices or software sales is an advantage;
- Experience in managing project activities;
- Innovative and strategic thinking;
- Ability to balance strong customer orientation with business objectives;
- Proficiency in English.
